The Software Developer will design, develop, and maintain software applications using Pitney Bowes technologies, collaborate on solutions, and provide technical guidance.
Unison Group is seeking a dedicated Software Developer with experience in Pitney Bowes technologies to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining software applications that utilize Pitney Bowes solutions, aimed at improving our clients' operational efficiencies and customer experiences.
Pitney Bowes Requirement:
- We are looking for Pitney Bowes development experience is a must(Engage One Designer and Generate, Dataflow/Spectrum), Automate BPA and SQL, preferably in SQL Server environment.
- Tunes and optimizes stored procedures and queries to improve database retrieval times and overall performance.
- Must have skills to create complex functions, scripts, stored procedures and triggers to support application development. Prepares documentation to support technical design.
- Worked on large databases in SQL Server environment.
- Good communications and presentation skills.
- Should be able to work independently with minimal assistance.
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications utilizing Pitney Bowes products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement software solutions tailored to client needs.
- Integrate Pitney Bowes APIs and services into existing systems.
- Perform thorough testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients as needed.
- Document software designs, code, and processes for future reference and compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Pitney Bowes technologies and industry standards.
RequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Pitney Bowes technologies.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
- Experience in developing web applications and utilizing APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
