We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage, grow, and engage communities across multiple platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content, tracking trends, and driving social-first campaigns that connect with audiences and deliver measurable results.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands platform nuances, and is eager to push creative boundaries while aligning content with brand and business goals.
Responsibilities:Content Creation & Community Engagement
- Develop, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Write engaging captions, adapt creative assets for different platforms, and ensure consistent brand tone and voice.
- Actively engage with online communities through comments, DMs, and interactive formats (polls, stories, lives).
- Spot and leverage trending formats, memes, sounds, and cultural moments to keep content fresh and relevant. You must love going on socials to know all the latest on trends and happy to always check out what our client’s competitors are doing.
Campaign & Project Coordination
- Support the development and execution of integrated social campaigns that align with broader marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to create high-performing social assets.
- Monitor and track campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying insights and opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithms, and best practices to ensure brand competitiveness.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare client presentations, status reports, and campaign performance summaries.
- Assist in creating quotes, updating trackers, managing budgets, timelines, key project milestones, ensure timely invoicing and payment terms.
The Essentials:
- At least interned / has some experience in social media management, community management, or content creation.
- Strong understanding of key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and emerging trends.
- Passion for content creation - whether writing captions, spotting memes, or experimenting with reels, shorts, and stories.
- A creative thinker with a strong visual eye and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, or other social tools, with willingness to pick up new platforms.
Not a must, but a plus:
- Basic knowledge of video editing or design tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CapCut).
- Keen on working on AI tools to develop social assets & videos
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and paid social campaigns.
- Proficiency in additional Southeast Asian languages is an advantage.
