Core Responsibilities：
- Develop, schedule, and publish compelling content across our social media channels to grow our following and drive engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, discussions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for creating viral content and “hotspots” for the Manus brand.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
- Experiment with different content formats, with a particular focus on short-form video, to discover what resonates with our audience.
Required Skills
- A deep, native understanding of the distinct styles and cultures of social media platforms such as X, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Demonstrable experience in running personal or brand social media accounts with a clear voice and engagement strategy. (Bonus for us if you have over 50k followers)
- A strong interest and ideally, some hands-on experience in video production, including shooting and editing.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for storytelling in a social-first context.
- Highly creative, resourceful, and plugged into internet culture.
