About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and innovative Social Media Content Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be key in developing and executing our social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engage our community, and drive customer acquisition. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our social media presence aligns with Circles.Life’s marketing objectives and brand vision.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Circles.Life’s brand vision and business goals.
- Develop engaging, platform-specific content (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to showcase our products and services.
- Monitor and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and authentic manner.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to coordinate campaigns and maintain consistent messaging.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, recommending innovative ways to enhance our online presence.
- Proactively manage any potential social media issues to protect and uphold brand reputation.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, ideally in telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Proven ability to create and edit content for social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Track record of growing and engaging social media audiences.
- Strong writing and communication skills with a creative flair.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools and reporting.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects at once.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
