This job requisition is to seek senior technical leader s in the field of process engineering to join Micron Memory Taiwan, reporting directly to site Sr. management or the VP . As a Senior member of technical staff (SMTS) or Distinguished member of technical staff (DMTS) , you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, leading technical projects, defining the technical roadmap, and mentoring fellow engineers . You r expertise will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge DRAM process solutions to support yield ramp-up . Your contribution will leave a lasting impact on the DRAM industry .
Responsibilities for Process E ngineering SMTS/DMTS include (but not limited to ):

• Own critical taskforce, take ownership of critical initiatives, and leading multi-functional technical team to drive new tech node yield roadmap. C ollaborate closely with process integration, technology development , and local yield teams to improve new technology .
• Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and c areer development.
• Foster a new way, seeing opportunities for process improvements that align with innovative product requirements while optimizing costs.
• Develop a fundamental understanding of process engineering and its impact on overall process health .
• Provide e ngineering support to internal team members a nd senior leaders hip .

Qualifications:

• Technical expertise : Detailed knowledge of at least one of the main semiconductor process es , including l itho graphy , dry etch, wet etch , CMP, thin film , diffusion , implantation, and metrology , with at least 10 years of relevant experience in advanced memory or logic node . S trong understanding of process integration
• Project l eadership: Proven skills in leading complex technical projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. Ability to driv e cross-functional technical teams and successfully complet e of complex projects .
• Communication skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills . Demonstrated interpersonal skills , including influencing and motivating. Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional, multi-cultural teams.
• Innovation: Track record of providing innovative solutions
• Education: A n a dvanced degree in Engineering or Science is preferred.
