As a Relationship Manager, you will take ownership over a book of business that you will develop by building relationships with potential and existing borrowers and networking to bring in more borrowers. This person will play a pivotal role in bringing in business and ensuring the continued vitality of Funding Societies.
What you will do:
- Proactively acquire new-to-Funding Societies (FS) SME clients through calls, canvassing, networking, and referrals
- Build and manage your own pipeline of SME borrowers and drive deals from prospecting to disbursement
- Develop relationships with business owners and referral partners to generate consistent deal flow
- Attend networking and referral partner events to originate new opportunities
- Think with a commercial mindset — balancing customer needs with FS’s profitability and risk
Requirements
What we are looking for:
2–5 years experience in SME financing or B2B sales
Strong hunter mentality and ability to win new business
Network of SME decision makers or referral partners is an advantage
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a target-driven environment
Good communication skills in English and at least one second language
