Support lending operations by monitoring credit limits and exposure, processing drawdowns, maintaining credit files, ensuring compliance, preparing credit reports, and assisting with data analysis and automation using SQL, Python, Activepieces, and generative AI tools.

Drive and sustain digital automation initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across Singapore business functions, collaborating with various teams and leading projects.

Own end-to-end SME loan product lifecycle, improve processes and integrate AI tools, run data analytics and dashboards, translate insights into commercial recommendations, collaborate cross-functionally, manage product P&L awareness, and ensure designs meet regulatory requirements (AML/KYC/PDPA).

Support commercial teams across Marketing, Financial Product, and Client Experience. Create marketing content, coordinate creative production, track KPIs in HubSpot/Google Sheets, conduct market scans and competitor analysis, assist product documentation and dashboards, manage customer inquiries and FAQs, and help with onboarding checks and operational improvements. Broad, cross-functional internship with exposure to end-to-end SME lending processes.

Design, build, and productionize ML models for credit scoring, fraud detection, and segmentation. Maintain model governance and documentation, develop scalable MLOps pipelines and monitoring, generate analytical insights and dashboards, and mentor junior data scientists while leading end-to-end data science initiatives.

Lead strategy and execution of data analytics and data science across the organisation: build and mentor teams, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, drive data-driven initiatives that improve risk management and business metrics, uplift tooling and capabilities, and ensure data governance and regulatory compliance across markets.

Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns; create and adapt content for email, social, landing pages, and video; assist with HubSpot campaign setup, segmentation and website updates; coordinate cross-team and partner initiatives; monitor and report performance metrics; conduct research and competitive analysis; provide general marketing support and help explore AI and automation tools to improve marketing processes.

Acquire SME clients for payments products through cold-calling, email and LinkedIn outreach, product demos, and pipeline management. Qualify leads, re-engage lost clients, report activity, analyze prospect behavior, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure risk and compliance adherence.

Support pre-sales and customer acquisition by making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, collecting digital documents, updating CRM, and working with Relationship and Business Acquisition Managers to manage pipeline and meet sales targets. Receive product and sales training and contribute to customer onboarding and performance-based incentives.

The Social Media Intern will create engaging short-form content for Instagram and TikTok, manage community interactions, and help shape the brand's social media presence.
