The Senior UX Designer will lead UX strategy, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor designers, analyze user research, and enhance user experiences.
[What the role is]
About the Role:We are seeking a passionate Senior UX Designer to support the ongoing design and evolution of our CTO-as-a-Service platform.
In this role, you will design clear and intuitive user experiences that make it easier for businesses to understand their digital needs and navigate the steps of their transformation journey. You will work closely with product manager, developers to introduce new features, improve user workflows and iterate based on research and feedback.
[What you will be working on]
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead UX strategy and design across our VMP and CTOaaS product portfolio, ensuring exceptional, user-centered experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Mentor and inspire a team of talented UX/UI designers, guiding them through best practices and design processes.
- Work closely with external user research teams to ensure research results are aligned with business and product goals.
- Analyse user research findings, provide insights and translate them into actionable design strategies.
- Use data-driven analysis to continuously refine designs, optimise user interactions and enhance overall user experience satisfaction.
- Champion the principle of inclusive and accessible design across products.
- Present and advocate for UX vision and strategy to key stakeholders and executives, ensuring alignment and buy-in for design initiatives.
- Continuously assess and improve UX processes for better efficiency and ensure high-quality design outputs that scale across products.
[What we are looking for]
Requirements:
- Strong skills in research analysis, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design, with a keen eye for detail and user-centric design
- Ability to collaborate with external user research teams, ensuring their findings are aligned with the product and business needs.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor designers, setting high standards of quality.
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Excellent verbal and visual communication to clearly articulate design ideas and research insights.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
- Passion for designing with empathy, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed design decisions that enhance user satisfaction.
