• Responsible for daily backend operations in business security, including routine maintenance, operations planning, and emergency handling.
• Responsible for building operational metrics and process systems to ensure operations quality.
• Responsible for developing efficiency tools and systems to improve operations efficiency.

Who We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• Familiar with Linux/Unix systems and development environments.
• Proficient in one scripting language such as Shell or Python; understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, ELK, etc. preferred; experience in building operations tool platforms is a plus.
• Familiar with TCP/IP network communication, capable of packet capturing and problem analysis.
• Strong logical thinking, communication, and stress management skills.
• Strong sense of mission in operations, strong ownership, responsibility, and execution.
