What you will do
Operate and support Plaud.ai applications in production
Manage releases and ensure deployment quality
Diagnose and resolve application issues
Work closely with engineering and customer teams
Improve operational workflows and tooling
Skills, qualifications and experience we look for
5+ years of experience in AppOps, Production Support, or Ops Engineering
Strong Linux knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Experience with cloud-hosted applications
Familiarity with microservices architecture
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred
Experience with AI or SaaS products
Knowledge of Kubernetes or container technologies
Experience handling customer-facing incidents
Familiarity with observability/monitoring tools
Scripting or automation experience
