This role focuses on high-volume sourcing, creative outreach, and fast execution in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
This is not a traditional recruitment role. Success in this position depends on curiosity, agility, and ownership, rather than years of experience.

What You Will Do
· Source and engage AI contributors across multiple online channels and communities
· Explore, test, and scale sourcing channels (social media, forums, niche communities, job boards, etc.)
· Create and refine outreach messages to improve response and conversion rates
· Work effectively with shifting priorities, tight timelines, and incomplete information
· Track basic performance signals (response rates, drop-offs, volume) and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly
· Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to meet project delivery goals
