Main Responsibilities:

· Primary duties to ensure full logistics scope, including booking, coordination, warehouse/ storeroom, documentation,    inventory management for all AIR/ SEA/ LAND/ CROSS TRADES/ Billing, and projects. 

· For documentation, including execute/prepare BLs for our Principal(s), DO including MOK full process and other related duties as assigned. 

· Focus on meeting Principal(s)/Customer(s) demand and minimizing total costs, e.g., on storage and transportation. 

· He/ She is required to have negotiation skills to get the best prices from suppliers and service providers, and planning skills to ensure logistical activities stay on schedule. 

· To check on vendor(s) invoices' accuracy and verify before submitting for approval

 · Tally up with the driver/Appointed Forwarder landed form on the incoming items.

 · Acting within your area of accountability to ensure the department of both the job holder's and other persons aware of each other's job responsibilities.

 · Ensure full compliance with the ISS Management System

 · Any other duties within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Line Manager and ensure full utilization of all ISS systems according to Standard Operating Procedures
