The Singapore Logistics Specialist will be part of the Asia Distribution Operation team, working with 3PL warehouse and logistics team of the Singapore Regional Distribution Center.

This position reports to the Senior Manager Singapore Distribution Operations and is part of the Global Supply Chain team located in Singapore and will be an on-site role.    

What you will do:

  • On-Time Delivery - Manage logistics operations, own inbound/outbound KPIs. Logistics risk management through forecast. Be the escalation point to manage exceptions and shipment issues and work on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • 3PL Management - Day-to-day 3PL operations and forwarder KPI management. Review SOPs/WIs with 3PL and forwarders. Develop and improve standard work on routine tasks to 3PL team.
  • Productivity and Continuous Improvement - Maintain Logistics Operations Playbook. Vendor billing and invoice issues resolution. Spot quote management and cost control. Explore sustainability and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Quality and Systems Management - SFDC expertise for logistics case resolution. Work with quality team to reduce logistics damages with preventative measures. Drive TMS dashboard and EDI data accuracy. Maintain Logistics Operations Playbook.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 - 5 years of experience working in logistics, supply chain management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Oracle, Qlik or other BI Tools, freight audit systems, SFDC and TMS system

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Customer service and fulfilment roles
  • Warehouse and Logistics process excellence and analytic roles
