Job DescriptionResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reporting
1. Reporting of financial reports
2. Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet analysis
3. Reconciliation of sales, bank, intercompany and other balance sheet reconciliation by account
4. Lead and coordinate the overall internal and external audit, tax activities
5. Ensure compliance of accounting standards (IFRS & Group policy)
6. Prepare Goods & Services Tax and Withholding Tax Returns
Master Data Management
1. Owner of the Chart of Account
2. Review the Chart of Account for all transactions
Daily Operations
1. Review of costs with cost center owners
2. Perform period review on standard costing and costs allocation rules
3. Support on WCR management, like control DSO, conduct periodic inventory reconciliation against physical stocks
4. Create fixed asset
5. Managing the CIP projects end-to-end process.
Others
1. Continuous process improvement for GL
2. Ensure proper e-documentations are kept
3. Understand the entire business (e.g., operations, production, products offering, organization structure)
Operations Control [APAC]
1. Involve and support in annual budgeting, reforecasting process
2. Analysis of financial results between actual and budgeted/forecasted
3. Participate in monthly operations control reporting
Internal Control [APAC]
1. Support the Investment Controller in deploying the internal control activities.
Exceptional (until SAP Go-Live + Finance Team formed)
1. Manage, lead, and oversee the BSC Finance performing all the GL, AP and AR activities.
2. Ensure a smooth transition (e.g., process, documentations)
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline (Accounting, Finance, or a related field)
· 4+ years of experience in auditing/accounting/financial experience
· Ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of management/organization
· Demonstrated ability to work as a team player as well as displayed leadership qualities to lead the team.
· Solid work ethic, self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision
· Strong fundamental accounting technical knowledge
· Detailed oriented and organized individual
· Positive attitude, self-driven and highly motivated
Additional Information· Professional qualifications such as: ACCA, CPA, ACA, CA.
· Knowledge of SAP and its financial reporting capabilities is a plus
· Trained in General Ledger (GL) especially on topics such as Fixed Asset, Inventory & Costing
· Working and/or leading in BSC Finance / Shared Service Finance settings
· Worked in MNC environment before
· Good in Google Sheets and Google Slides
