Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:

Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project plans for ServiceNow implementations or upgrades.

Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts.
Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.

Conduct regular meetings, provide status updates, and manage expectations.

Ensure stakeholder requirements are documented and prioritized.
Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks proactively.
Team Leadership:

Guide and support the project team, ensuring clarity on roles and responsibilities.

Foster a collaborative environment and promote effective communication.
Quality Assurance:

Ensure the quality and integrity of deliverables by adhering to best practices and compliance standards.

Perform regular project audits and implement improvements.
Change Management and Training:

Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation.

Facilitate end-user training and support adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
-
8+ years of project management experience, with a minimum of 5 years managing ServiceNow projects.

Proven track record of delivering ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Technical Skills:
-
In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and/or SecOps.

Well versed with ServiceNow Implementation Methodology (SIM)

Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools used in ServiceNow.
Certifications (Preferred):

ITIL V4
-
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification
Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
