We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Expert to join our team at Unison Group. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of ServiceNow's IRM capabilities, specifically in Risk Management, Compliance Management, and Audit Management, and will play a critical role in enabling organizations to effectively manage risk and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow IRM modules, including Risk Management, Compliance Management, and Audit Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions that enhance risk governance and compliance.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate users on ServiceNow IRM best practices and functionality.
  • Perform regular assessments of existing IRM processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the IRM processes being implemented.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of IRM solutions with existing ITSM and security tools.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards and frameworks such as ISO, NIST, and COBIT.
  • Provide support for escalated user inquiries and issues related to the IRM modules.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases and industry best practices to continuously enhance the IRM function.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with a strong focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) implementations.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow Risk, Compliance, and Audit Management modules.
  • In-depth understanding of risk management principles and compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, COBIT).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and expectations.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IRM or relevant certifications is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
