Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow IRM, managing project planning, configuration, integrations, and user adoption while ensuring compliance and optimization post-implementation.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Expert to lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow IRM within our organization. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, a strong project management background, and proven experience in leading enterprise-wide implementations.
This role requires both strategic and hands-on capabilities to design, implement, and optimize risk management processes using ServiceNow’s IRM framework.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ServiceNow IRM suite, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define business requirements, solution design, and delivery strategy.
- Manage project planning, execution, and governance to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow IRM modules to align with organizational policies, workflows, and risk frameworks.
- Develop integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., HR, Security, Compliance, or Third-Party Risk tools).
- Drive user adoption, training, and documentation for all implemented processes.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and platform governance.
- Act as the primary liaison with ServiceNow and other vendor partners.
- Provide ongoing support, optimization, and enhancement of the IRM solution post-implementation.
- 10+ years of total experience in IT or enterprise applications, with 5+ years in ServiceNow.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow IRM / GRC implementation in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of risk, compliance, audit, and governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOX).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage full project lifecycles.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, scripting, and integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
