Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project- NEA EDMA.
Responsibilities: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.
You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Master proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) is required.
Advanced proficiency in Packaged Development Estimating, Packaged Application Integration, SaaS Testing, and Software Platforms is suggested.
Develop innovative solutions that enhance user experience and system performance.
Lead cross-functional team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure quality and reliability.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Continuously evaluate and implement best practices in application development and support.
