You will gain foundational exposure to Infrastructure and IT Operations technologies, including:
- Wintel and UNIX environments
- Virtualization technologies
- Cloud computing fundamentals
Key Responsibilities
- Log, validate, and diagnose customer technical issues across a range of products and applications used at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues through effective information gathering, analysis, and problem investigation.
- Provide timely solutions or escalate incidents to the appropriate resolution teams when required.
- Ensure all tickets and escalations are managed in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the incident resolution process.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of:
- Desktop operating systems
- Common software applications
- PC hardware fundamentals
- Networking concepts and Internet technologies
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across different requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, conduct research, and resolve user problems.
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program (any computer‑related discipline) at a recognized College or University.
- Singapore Citizen only.
