The Social and Trading Bot domain has emerged as one of OKX's most critical and rapidly growing sectors over the past two years. It constitutes a significant share of our platform's daily active traders and trading volume. What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and optimize tools to enhance the performance of the marketplace and bot product line, ensuring effective strategies for user acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Familiarize yourself with various cross-team platforms and functions, integrating and leveraging common modules to deliver holistic and effective solutions.

Provide scalable and flexible mid- to long-term solutions, focusing on efficient new product development and iteration to meet evolving market needs.

Take ownership of campaign rule design, ROI forecasting, coordination with marketing channels, and post-campaign reviews to ensure continuous improvement.

Stay attuned to social trends and bot trading growth tools, conducting user research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and optimization.

Demonstrate strong project management skills by clearly defining project scope and requirements. Proactively track timelines, progress, and deliverables, ensuring effective stakeholder coordination and delivering impactful results on time and with high quality.
What We Look For In You

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, preferably in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or Engineering.

2+ years of product management experience, particularly within the crypto or internet industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of user behaviour and market trends.

Experience in developing and managing growth tools, campaigns, or related product lines in the trading or financial technology sector is a plus.

Proficiency in designing scalable, user-centric products and systems with a focus on innovation and efficiency.

Curious with a strong ability for self-learning, open to exploring innovative projects for driving product growth.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and present ideas effectively.
Nice to Haves

Experience in Crypto/FX/Stocks trading, including quant trading, bot trading, or technical analysis.

Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
