What You Will Do

  • Administrative support to Operations. This includes but not limited to

    • Download of daily SAP data to refresh digital waterfall chart

    • Download of monthly raw data from SAP for capacity planning and productivity review

    • Download of performance tracking charts such as daily flow rate, backlog charts, lead time tracking etc.

    • Extracts daily labour clocking data to review on variances and share findings with Operation Leaders

  • Collaborates with Operation Leaders to close Safety and Quality findings timely.

  • Collaborates with Facilities and Operation Leaders on machine planned downtime maintenance activities and schedules.

  • Perform Project Coordinator to conduct pre-job Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) assessment for contractor and supervise contractors in accordance with requirements.

  • Escort contractors in and out of premises in compliance with Global Trade requirements.

  • Perform weekend duty supervisor to ensure shop discipline, incident reporting and escalation of critical matters to next tier of leaders.

  • Supports productivity and CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) projects to reduce cost, improve quality and cycle time.

  • Supports Standard Production System (SPS) deployment to execute daily productions. This includes support to daily Tiered meetings to record and track action items and review to ensure accuracy of SPS visual dashboard.

  • Engages in continuous improvement programs and CORE activities.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in related fields.

  • Min T4 or above with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).

  • Team player with a positive attitude.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Good problem-solving, prioritization and willing to learn.

  • Willing to work on 2nd or 3rd shifts and overtime on need basis.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience.
