About the Role:

  • Co-develop and implement a Workplace Experience roadmap aligned with client objectives, company culture, and employee needs.
  • Design and execute programs and activities that foster collaboration, inclusivity, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Leverage and optimise workplace platforms (e.g., hot-desking, digital wayfinding, feedback tools) to enhance the user experience.
  • Manage and activate shared spaces (e.g., pantry, collaboration zones) to support usability, engagement, and employee well-being.
  • Support change and behaviour management during space transitions and drive initiatives that promote sustainability and self-governance.
  • Collaborate with business units to embed culture on the ground and gather feedback through digital tools, surveys, or face-to-face engagement.
  • Maintain strong feedback loops with Facilities, HR, and Management to inform continuous service improvements.
  • Provide coaching, toolkits, and communications support to client during key project milestones (e.g., go-lives, townhalls, moves).
  • Establish a light governance structure (e.g., monthly check-ins) and offer advisory support during critical phases or escalations.
  • Ensure long-term sustainability through documentation, handovers, and knowledge transfer.

About You:

  • Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Strong experience in cost control, contract administration, and financial management of projects
  • Proven capability in tender preparation, evaluation, and procurement processes
  • Experience in managing contractors’ claims, progress payments, and final accounts
  • Familiar with contract documentation, variation management, and statutory compliance
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and certify financial and contractual documents accurately
  • Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams
