SENIOR WORKPLACE COORDINATOR

Snowflake is looking for a Senior Workplace Coordinator. This is a full time onsite position in our Singapore office. Reporting to the Regional Workplace Manager, you will support the day-to-day workplace operations in Singapore as part of our growing APJ Workplace team.

AS A SENIOR WORKPLACE COORDINATOR AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

  • Take genuine care and proactive responsibility for the entire workplace, exercising considerable judgement to ensure the office is maintained and ready for use at all times.

  • Act independently and assume responsibility for all initiatives with minimal supervision.

  • Manage the front of house operations and ensure an enjoyable, safe and collaborative place to work and visit for employees, customers, and guests.

  • Ensure all building and Snowflake processes, procedures and regulations are followed, identifying opportunities for improvements to optimize the office space and employee experience.

  • Maintain strong vendor management skills to ensure all vendors are consistently meeting or exceeding Snowflake standards.

  • Independently track operational expenditure, manage associated budgets with efficiency in mind and ensure timely vendor payments.

  • Take the lead on local projects and initiatives, which includes planning and execution of office-wide events and meetings in addition to Workplace lead events (eg. holiday parties).

  • Foster a strong environment of collaboration between cross-functional teams in the office to ensure successful execution of initiatives and manage change.

  • Develop internal communication content and plans for distribution that exemplifies the Workplace brand and mission.

OUR IDEAL SENIOR WORKPLACE COORDINATOR WILL HAVE:

  • 5+ years in a facilities, workplace or operations role in real estate and facility management.

  • Both the ability to be self-sufficient and a team player, using great communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional partners locally and globally.

  • A strong work ethic and eye for detail, along with a proven track record of completing complex tasks in resourceful and effective ways.

  • Agility and an ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, handling interruptions with an upbeat, professional attitude.

  • Exercise considerable judgement in making recommendations for solutions and resolving issues.

  • Innovation and creativity at mind when identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • A strong understanding of accounting and procurement processes.

  • Strong computer skills that they’ll apply to Canva, Google Suite, Slack and other software used by our team.
