JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Senior Video Editor to join our content team, responsible for crafting compelling, high quality video content across campaigns, social and digital OOH.
This role goes beyond assembly: you’ll shape narrative, pacing, and emotion. The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling instincts, technical expertise, and a sharp visual aesthetic, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
JOB SCOPE
- Edit and deliver story driven video content across campaigns, social platforms digital OOH, and advertisements.
- Craft strong narrative flow, pacing, and emotional impact through music selection, rhythm, and sound design (SFX)
- Ensure all outputs meet commercial quality standards, including advanced retouching, color correction, and finishing polish
- Able to apply visual effects (VFX), masking, and compositing techniques to enhance or resolve complex scenes
- Manage end-to-end offline workflows: ingest, syncing, organization, versioning, and preparation for online finishing
- Adapt content for multi-platform delivery, including vertical formats and cutdowns
- Handle required media specifications, ensuring correct formats, resolutions, and 4K broadcast standards
- Collaborate closely with producers, creatives, and videographers to align with campaign direction and brand tone
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines with strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of AI-assisted editing tools to enhance workflow efficiency and creative output
- Stay current with evolving editing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate content quality
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or degree in a media-related field. Fresh graduates with strong show reels will also be considered.
- Motion graphics and video editing: Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Focused, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, resourceful, and curious about new trends and technologies.
