About the Role
- Maintenance & Repairs: Perform inspections, manage preventive maintenance schedules, and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly.
- Energy Efficiency & Sustainability: Optimize air conditioning settings, analyze energy consumption, and support sustainability initiatives like Green Mark certification.
- Cost Estimation & Documentation: Prepare cost estimates for maintenance work and maintain accurate records for compliance and performance tracking.
- Emergency Response & Safety Compliance: Respond to emergencies, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure safe working conditions in all tasks.
- Supervision & Continuous Improvement: Guide technicians, identify process improvements, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance services.
About You
- Degree / Diploma in facility management/building services/engineering related disciplines with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
