Partnering closely with business leaders, we identify and attract top talent across the region. What You Can Expect

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will lead full-cycle recruitment across APAC, with a focus on Singapore, Vietnam, and Taiwan. This role offers exposure to advanced recruiting practices, including AI-powered tools, and the opportunity to support diverse hiring programs across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding — across Singapore, Vietnam, and Taiwan.

  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent in a competitive market, especially within the semiconductor and high-tech sectors.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive engagement across multiple channels, while cultivating long-term relationships with prospective candidates.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to ensure an efficient, consistent, and high-quality hiring experience across all markets.

  • Manage the offer process, including proposing and negotiating offers in alignment with market benchmarks and internal compensation structures.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Over 8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a fast-paced, technical environment—ideally within the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
  • Proven expertise in proactive sourcing, including cold-calling and engaging passive candidates across various platforms.
  • Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
  • Advanced proficiency with recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media recruiting, and talent mapping platforms.
