Do you have a passion in sustainability, a talent for understanding data trends combined with an ambition to get hands-on in leading sustainability initiatives in an organisation? We are currently looking for a Senior Sustainability Analyst to join our Asia Sustainability team at our state-of-the-art offices in Paya Lebar Quarter, Singapore.

Senior Sustainability Analyst role is suited to someone who likes nothing more than leveraging data insights into actionable strategies that the sustainability team including you, will lead and support across our investments, integrated developments, construction projects and asset portfolios.

You will report to Head of Environmental Sustainability and collaborate directly with colleagues here in Asia as well as our broader globally sustainability cohort located across Europe, Americas and Australia.

Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Strategic identification and implementation of key regional initiatives that will help our Businesses achieve our Mission Zero and Social Impact targets.
  • Oversight of all environmental and social sustainability data quality across the Asia Region, including implementation of Lendlease enterprise sustainability management and performance reporting systems as we track our performance.
  • Providing Business guidance and support to reporting of sustainability performance for both internal and external purposes including but not limited to Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), UN Principles of Responsible Investment and Integrated Reporting.
  • Providing analytical and reporting support for Climate Risk Assessment, Adaptation and Resilience Planning, including both voluntary and regulated climate reporting and disclosure.
  • Lead and participate in strategic and operational global sustainability working groups, to help shape and deploy global sustainability initiatives, share local insights, knowledge and business requirements.

In order to be considered for this great opportunity you will have tertiary qualifications in Science, Engineering, Accounting/ Finance and/or sustainability related field, with a minimum of 5 years work experience. Essential to the role is having experience in data management, trending and analysis, and sustainability performance reporting (energy, emissions, water & waste) within a large international corporation. Your experience in integrating sustainability into strategic business operations, including asset operational efficiency and renewable energy procurement will see you succeed in this role.

In addition, you will have key project management skills in leading and supporting strategic initiatives within an organisation. You will also have the ability to not only understand complex information, but be able to communicate your insights concisely and effectively across a broad range of stakeholders.
