Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and implement a strategic relationship tailored to each major account.

  • Regularly engage with key stakeholders within the accounts to understand their evolving needs and challenges.

  • Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by the customers to ensure their satisfaction.

2. Expansion and Development:

  • Identify opportunities to expand the business scope within existing key accounts.

  • Explore possibilities for to work with leads in regional markets or other countries, leveraging existing relationships and expertise.

3. RFI, RFQ, and Tender Responses:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to requests for information (RFI), requests for quotation (RFQ), and tender opportunities from corporate customers.

  • Review existing contracts and ensure the continuation of business with key accounts.

  • Ensure that all responses are comprehensive, competitive, and aligned with company capabilities and objectives.

4. Logistics Execution and Compliance:

  • Ensure that logistics execution activities meet or exceed Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements to support the expected substantial profitable growth of the business.

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with SLAs and relevant regulations to maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for

  • Degree in Business Management / Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain

  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

  • Good command of both spoken and written in English

  • Good knowledge of supply chain-related services, warehousing, and distribution if preferable

  • Able to work effectively and independently, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Positive mindset, confident and able to contribute positively within a reputable growing group.

  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
