Job Description

MISSION :

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for leading high‑value client relationships, driving revenue growth across key accounts. This role combines commercial leadership, consultative engagement, and the ability to influence senior‑level stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep client understanding, regional market awareness, and a strong track record of delivering growth within complex enterprise environments.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategic Account Leadership

  • Own and manage a portfolio of high‑value strategic accounts with full accountability for revenue, retention, and growth.
  • Develop multi‑year account strategies aligned to client priorities and market opportunities.
  • Build strong, trusted advisor relationships with senior executives and decision‑makers.

2. Revenue Growth & Commercial Management

  • Lead annual and quarterly business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Identify new opportunities across product lines, regions, and business units to accelerate growth.
  • Own commercial negotiations, renewals, and long‑term partnership agreements.

3. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with product, marketing, operations, data/insights, customer success, and delivery teams to ensure seamless service and innovation.
  • Influence internal stakeholders to prioritize strategic accounts’ needs.
  • Co‑create solutions with clients, leveraging internal capabilities and market trends.

4. Client Engagement & Executive Influence

  • Facilitate regular executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
  • Present insights, proposals, and recommendations that drive measurable business impact.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, forums, and client leadership meetings.

5. Market & Industry Intelligence

  • Maintain deep understanding of client industries, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
  • Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Gather client insights to influence product roadmap and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Bachelors in business, economics or finance. MBA preferred

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development.
  • Proven success managing large, complex regional or global accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation and multi‑stakeholder management.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strategic thinker with data‑driven decision‑making capability.
  • Experience in APAC markets preferred
  • Industry experience in B2B services, data & insights, technology, or SaaS is advantageous
