Lead UI design projects from concept to launch, develop design systems, mentor designers, and ensure visual and interaction quality across products.
We’re looking for a talented Product Designer who excels at crafting seamless, user-centered experiences and delivering high-fidelity UI mockups with exceptional visual polish. You’ll own the end-to-end design process from user insight, user flow to prototyping and final spec delivery, collaborating closely with PMs, engineers, and other designers to bring ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact UI design initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring clarity, usability, and visual excellence.
- Define and evolve scalable design systems for cross-product consistency.
- Partner with UX, PM, and engineering to translate strategy into engaging, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Mentor designers and champion craft, accessibility, and interaction quality.
- Drive the visual direction and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in UIUX design, visual design, product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking and visually polished UIs
- Excellent visual and interaction skills
- Strong communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to make effective decisions within a team
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach to UIUX design challenges
- Familiar with Figma, and prototyping tool
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
