  • Lead APAC‑timezone engagement: daily CFT cadence, customer alignment, risk reviews, and change control

  • Build strong relationships with customer engineering and internal executives

  • Identify risks early, drive mitigations, and maintain governance using MPLC/PSM processes

  • Influence decisions across geographies and mentor junior PMs

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

  • 5+ years engineering program management experience; 3+ years in semiconductor program management

  • Strong technical depth in silicon development (ASIC/SoC/DFT/Test/Packaging)

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese

  • Demonstrated leadership, customer management, and decision‑making ability

  • Strong organizational, risk identification, and issue resolution skills

Additional Compensation and Benefit Elements

With competitive compensation and great benefits, you will enjoy our workstyle within an environment of shared collaboration, transparency, and inclusivity.
