The Cloud Data Center Group develops cutting edge semiconductor solutions in advanced technologies, focusing on AI, wired/wireless communications, and infrastructure applications. We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Engineering Program Manager to lead complex product development efforts for custom silicon solutions in hyperscale cloud environments. This is a high visibility role requiring strong leadership, technical depth, and cross functional influence.What You Can Expect
About the Team
The Cloud Data Center Group develops advanced semiconductor solutions powering AI, hyperscale cloud, wired/wireless communications, and next‑generation infrastructure. We are expanding our program management presence in APAC to support key hyperscale customers and accelerate decision cycles.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager based in Singapore to lead complex custom silicon development programs end‑to‑end. This high‑impact role drives program execution across global cross‑functional teams, partnering closely with engineering leaders and cloud datacenter customers
You will:
Own full lifecycle execution for custom silicon programs—from planning and development to validation, ramp, and production release
Drive cross‑functional teams (design, DFT, PD, package, test, ops) to meet schedule, quality, and cost
Lead APAC‑timezone engagement: daily CFT cadence, customer alignment, risk reviews, and change control
Build strong relationships with customer engineering and internal executives
Identify risks early, drive mitigations, and maintain governance using MPLC/PSM processes
Influence decisions across geographies and mentor junior PMs
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years engineering program management experience; 3+ years in semiconductor program management
Strong technical depth in silicon development (ASIC/SoC/DFT/Test/Packaging)
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
Demonstrated leadership, customer management, and decision‑making ability
Strong organizational, risk identification, and issue resolution skills
