About the team

The Sr. SQA Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing methodologies. Be able to find high-impacting and complex defects that improve product quality. This role should have a strong foundation in software testing principles and lead a team of testers.

What you will be responsible for:

• Collaboration skills with developers, product managers, and project managers to understand requirements and identify potential areas for test.
• Leadership of a test team in the development and execution of comprehensive test plans for various software projects, including mobile app, web, etc.
• Design and execute product testing plans, including functional testing, performance testing, security testing, and compatibility testing.
• Familiarity of designing and implementing test cases to ensure full coverage of product functions and user scenarios.
• Data security by conducting vulnerability testing and compliance testing.
• Leadership to construct automation testing framework (such as Robot, Selenium, JMeter, etc.) with required script language (such as Shell, Python, Ansible, etc) to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Participate in root cause analysis of software defects and collaborate on solutions to resolve them.
• Rich experience in using common project and code management tools, such as GIT, JIRA, Confluence, etc, report the status of the project through statistical data and dashboards.

How you will stand out:

• Passionate to keep tracking of the latest testing technologies and tools, to continuously improve testing capabilities and efficiency.
• Experience in working under an agile development environment.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++/Java/Golang/etc. is preferred.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
• Knowledge of containerization and virtualization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• More than 6 years of SQA work experience
