Advise hiring departments on headcount and hiring decisions, publish job ads, handle Talent Hub walk-ins, support recruitment events, manage internship lifecycle and resume databases, prepare reports, and perform other talent acquisition duties.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from candidate engagement, shortlisting, screening, interview through to offer negotiation and preparation of employment agreements
- Provide advisory consultations to hiring departments on the recruitment process, giving recommendations and guidance on the hiring decisions
- Advise hiring departments on headcount availability and commence the hiring process
- Review job descriptions and job requirements for posting on the external job boards
- Publish positions on advertisement channels and job portals, monitor process and track data
- Attend to job seekers and potential applicants who walk-in to the Talent Hub to assist them with their enquiries or interview appointments
- Participate and support recruitment activities and events
- Manage full internship lifecycle from hiring to end of internships with departments and school partners
- Manage resumes from online job boards and Career Mailbox
- Prepare and generate reports as required
- Perform any other duties as assigned within the Talent Acquisition scope
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Degree education
Experience
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience. Applicants with prior HR experience in large multinational companies will have an advantage for the role. Candidates without academic qualification but with equivalent years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in handling recruitment for volume hiring or campus recruitment will be an advantage.
Other Prerequisites
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.
- Possess good people, communication skills, detail-oriented and meticulous.
- Possess knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws / Employment Act is an advantage.
- A good team player and able to work under tight timelines and fast-paced environment.
- Have a well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Fluent in written and conversational English.
