We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist to join our APAC OTC Valuation team. This role is in Singapore.
The Senior Specialist – OTC Valuation Team Lead is responsible for leading a team in a fast-paced and evolving environment, ensuring work is delivered effectively while maintaining strong collaboration, accountability, and control. This role is best suited for someone who can navigate ambiguity, provide direction in uncertain situations, and drive resolution of issues through sound judgment, clear communication, and effective stakeholder management. While exposure to OTC valuation or related processes is helpful, the most important aspect of this role is the ability to lead people, manage competing priorities, solve problems, and create structure where processes or outcomes may not always be clearly defined. The successful candidate will be a proactive and resilient leader who can build trust across teams, support team development, and maintain focus on delivery and continuous improvement.
Derivative Valuations are a centralised global utility that support a number of functions across various business lines. We are responsible for valuing OTC derivative assets for inclusion in; o The NAV production process for mutual and hedge fund accounting teams in APAC, Europe, India and across several US locations. o The valuation of pension funds for global companies based in APAC, Europe and the US. o Driving margin calls as part of our collateral management business. o Regulatory reporting and risk analysis by the bank and our clients. ➢ The group consists of 60+ people in permanent roles in US, Ireland, Poland, India and Singapore.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced degree in quantitative analysis preferred:
- Finance
- Mathematics
- Business
- Economics
- Engineering / Data Analytics
- 5 years of experience preferred.
- Experience in quantitative finance and technology preferred but not essential
