Summary

We’re looking for a user-centered Senior UXUI Designer to join our UX Design Team at Scoot. You are passionate about solving UX/UI challenges with creative and adaptive solutions, and staying on top of best practices and emerging trends in design and technology. In this role, you’ll work closely with product owners, engineers, and operations stakeholders to design impactful digital experiences across our internal platforms—from web to mobile to kiosk. You’ll also play a key role in championing design excellence within the Operations’ departments.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to design initiatives within Operations projects (web, mobile, kiosks, etc.)

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners, Ops Stakeholders, Business Analysts, and Engineers in an agile environment

  • Plan and facilitate design workshops and activities to align teams and solve complex problems

  • Conduct usability tests, user feedback sessions, and research to inform product decisions

  • Mentor junior and contract designers; provide feedback and design direction

  • Champion internal design quality and contribute to improving employee satisfaction (ESAT) through well-designed ops tools

  • Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides

  • Deliver wireframes, mock-ups, user flows, and prototypes optimized for responsive environments

  • Translate ideas into compelling visuals, from low-fidelity to developer-ready designs

  • Share new ideas and inspire the team with fresh design thinking

Requirements

  • Degree in Digital Design, HCI, or a related field

  • 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally with complex systems or enterprise tools

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, craft, and problem-solving across responsive web and mobile (iOS/Android)

  • Proficient in Figma; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; workshop facilitation experience is a plus

  • Comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback with a positive attitude

  • Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML5/CSS3 knowledge is a plus)

  • Experience with tools like Miro, GenAI tools is a bonus

  • A team player with a growth mindset and passion for learning
