Seeking a hands-on Senior Specialist in Content to produce social-first content, support content strategy, and collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery.
We’re looking for a Senior Specialist, Content to join our Content Services team. You’ve spent a couple of years honing your craft, likely in an agency or fast-moving content environment, so we won’t bore you with the usual JD. What matters is this: you know how to write, you understand how content lives on social, and you can move fast without sacrificing quality.
You’ll be hands-on—really hands-on. From social-first content to thought leadership pieces, you’ll help bring ideas to life across platforms and clients. You’ll work closely with account teams, designers, and senior leads to keep content sharp, on-brand, and on time. We’ll trust you to run with your work, so we can all do ours better.
You are the engine behind our social and content execution—keeping things moving, spotting what works, and making sure the details don’t slip. You’ll support content strategy, help shape campaign ideas, and make sure delivery stays smooth, even when timelines are tight.
We’re calling out to the writer who enjoys switching gears—short-form today, long-form tomorrow—and who understands that great content isn’t just well-written, it’s well-placed. You don’t need to be an expert in every industry we serve (yet), but you do need curiosity, good judgement, and the ability to pick things up quickly.
Most importantly, we want someone who takes pride in their work. Someone who cares about craft, collaboration, and doing things properly—because “good enough” isn’t how we roll.
