Role Overview
Support the delivery of ServiceNow consulting and implementation engagements, with a focus on ITSM solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand business needs, designing effective solutions, and driving successful platform delivery in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to gather and interpret business and functional requirements
Provide ServiceNow consulting and solution design aligned to best practices
Lead or support end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
Configure and deliver ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Drive ITSM process improvements and adoption of industry best practices
Support advisory engagements, including solution recommendations and roadmap discussions
Requirements & Preferred Experience
Strong experience in ServiceNow solution design, delivery, and implementation
Proven background in ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog / Request Management)
Hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
Experience in consulting, advisory, or client-facing roles
Exposure to enterprise transformation or managed services environments is advantageous
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
Comfortable working across both functional and technical aspects in enterprise-scale, complex environments
Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
Candidates must have valid work authorization in Singapore. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
