About the Team

Our commitment to improvement has led us to build a transformative Talent Acquisition function. We're seeking a highly strategic talent advisor to deliver Workday's global Talent Acquisition vision and strategy, playing a key role in accelerating our growth in the APAC region. You will partner with leaders across our Sales and Sales Ecosystem teams to recruit exceptional talent across ASEAN in locations such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, HongKong and Taiwan.

About the Role

TA Partners at Workday are trusted advisors to our stakeholders and leaders. We partner with them to coach and advise them on attraction, selection and hiring of talent.

  • Attraction - We are recognised as one of the World's leading employers, and we leverage our internal culture and organisational values to attract professionals who resonate with our purpose. With dedicated Talent Marketing, Talent CRM and Employee Advocacy resources, we're trialling new and better ways to localise messaging and engage with individuals in advance of future hiring needs

  • Selection - Partnering with a fully invested leadership team, we have put in place defined competency frameworks for all roles with objective, structured and standardised selection programs. Coupled with a focus on quality candidate and prospect relationship management, we mitigate hiring risks while providing an exemplary interview experience for candidates and interviewers alike.

  • Resources - You'll be using our HCM and Recruiting platform, Talent CRM, the full LinkedIn Talent suite (including leading GAI tools Paradox & Hiredscore), fully funded recruitment marketing campaigns and a highly engaged leadership team. 

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B GTM/sales recruiting for tech/SAAS organizations like Workday

  • Prior experience recruiting Account Executives (net new & install base), Pre-sales specialists, Partner/Channel Managers, Value Engineers, Sales Directors, Sales Development specialists

Other Qualifications:

  • Experienced at multiple hiring approaches; pool based hiring and bulk hiring for product organizations.

  • Exceptional candidate management, screening and closing skills.

  • Proven experience in sourcing candidates.

  • You have great energy and take a proactive and highly organized approach.

  • You hold yourself and your workmates to a high set of standards.

  • Your vibe is not about doing "just enough", it's about doing the very best you can do every day.

  • You are a team player yet able to work independently.

  • You are comfortable being a champion and ambassador of the Workday values at every possible opportunity.
