Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operation team in Japan. Reporting to the Manager, Regional Sales Operations, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Area Vice President, Japan COO, and Senior Director of Sales Operations to drive operational cadences such as sales forecasting, pipeline management, and process optimization to drive revenue growth.
  • Owning and reporting on key sales metrics, leading pipeline reviews, identifying gaps in the process, and recommending actions to maximize pipeline conversion rates, with a focus on areas like Commercial Sales and Public Sector growth.
  • Leading operational planning for APJ, including territory design, quota distribution, account segmentation, and resource allocation, in alignment with annual business goals.
  • Utilizing tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, and other platforms to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborating with teams across Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Sales Compensation, Partner & Channel Teams, and Customer Success to drive alignment and operational success.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, sales planning, or business operations, preferably in the B2B tech/SaaS industry.
  • Native-level fluency in Japanese and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar qualifications are preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, and other analytical tools.
  • Strong skills with Google Spreadsheets, Excel, and other workflow optimization tools.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Proven experience working with regional and global sales operations teams in a high-growth multinational organization.
  • A track record of influencing senior leadership, either as an IC or a team leader.
  • Expertise in territory design, account segmentation, and quota-setting practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Japan-specific business practices, sales processes, and cultural nuances.
