About The RoleWe are entering an exciting phase of growth and are expanding our Sales team to achieve strategic sales goals and capitalize on new sales opportunities. As one of our senior sales teammates, you will work closely with the CEO, Business Development, Product, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to drive the sales process, close deals, and deliver innovative decentralized identity solutions to our clients.
What You Will DoArchitect and execute the end-to-end sales strategy for high-value accounts, taking full ownership of the pipeline from sophisticated lead qualification to the successful closure of complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Act as a strategic consultant to C-suite and senior enterprise stakeholders, deeply diagnosing enterprise pain points to demonstrate how our decentralized identity solutions solve fundamental security and efficiency challenges.
Lead collaboration with Product and Customer Success teams to influence product roadmaps and ensure white-glove, seamless transitions from deal closure to long-term implementation.
Serve as a subject matter expert on decentralized identity, blockchain, and AI trends to proactively identify market shifts and pivot our positioning for maximum competitive advantage.
Partner with the Business Development team to bridge short-term wins with long-term ecosystem growth, ensuring a unified approach to market expansion in APAC.
Proven track record in Enterprise Sales or Business Development within SaaS, Fintech, or Blockchain, specifically managing high-value contracts and long-term sales cycles.
Extensive experience across multinational markets including Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Australia, with the linguistic and cultural sophistication required to build trust with traditional enterprises and government regulators.
Demonstrated ability to navigate the multi-layered decision-making processes of government agencies and Tier-1 corporations, effectively influencing both technical influencers and C-suite signatories.
Experience scaling technology businesses or new market entries from the ground up, with the agility to act as an individual contributor while architecting the broader sales framework.
A deep understanding of Decentralized Identity (DID), Blockchain, and AI, with the ability to translate these technologies into "future data flow" value propositions for traditional industries.
A results-driven closer with a history of hitting aggressive revenue targets in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
Experience in blockchain, digital identity, or related technologies.
Exposure to working in regulated industries, fintech, or financial services.
Strong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
