At Sportradar we've experienced a period of sustained hypergrowth due to a highly focused strategy. One of the cornerstones of this success is our streaming services for 200+ betting and media companies across the globe delivering an un-matched number of LIVE sports events. Sportradar is currently looking to recruit an experienced sales representative to grow our Streaming business in APAC.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Drive independent sales activities for our streaming portfolio of content and products.
- Present and pitch streaming opportunities to existing clients throughout APAC, negotiate deals, and upsell or cross-sell new content and products.
- Oversee relationship management and support for existing clients.
- Be part of Sportradar’s global Streaming team, collaborating and sharing best practices while establishing and developing accounts in APAC.
- Identify opportunities to further leverage existing products and sports media rights.
- Actively engage in the betting ecosystem, interacting with key players, building relationships, and gaining a deep understanding of the needs and structures of all stakeholders.
- Communicate the streaming strategy to both external and internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Support and advise product teams to optimize products from a sales perspective.
- Serve as the dedicated Streaming point of contact for your portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring accurate reporting on all administrative and supporting sales activities (e.g. Salesforce, Finance, or Business Planning and Intelligence topics).
- Travel domestically and internationally for internal and client meetings.
YOUR PROFILE:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or key account management, ideally within the media and betting industry.
- Proven success in growing existing accounts and building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Understanding of the sports betting eco-system.
- Passion for business analysis and data-driven proposals.
- A broad international network within the sports betting industry is a strong plus.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, with experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, guided by integrity, respect, and inclusivity in all interactions.
- English: Proficient or fluent. Additional APAC languages are a plus (e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Filipino, Thai).
