Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting relationships with real estate agencies, developers, solicitors and own personal network to generate referrals for the bank’s shelf of mortgage products. 
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities that are organised by bank or business partners to develop business and foster relationship.
  • Provide sound mortgage advisory upheld by high standards of before and after sales services.
  • Create opportunities to cross sell savings account, general insurance etc. as well as to source for high networth individual to be onboarded.
  • Ensure proper procedure and documentation when assessing loan requirements of our retail customers.
  • Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
  • Guide newcomers by showing leadership, training and support to new staff.

Requirements:
Qualifications 

  • Degree or Diploma holder with relevant banking experience

Relevant Work Experience 

  • Minimally 2 years of mortgage sales experience
