We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and results-driven Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth for our Memory Product portfolio across the Industrial, Medical, and Automotive sectors within the European and/or US markets for FLEXXON Brand.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in electronics, semiconductor, or memory-related industries, with proven success in revenue generation, customer acquisition, strategic account development, and regional market expansion. This role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, overseeing distributors and sales representatives, and executing effective go-to-market strategies to accelerate business performance and market presence.

This role is for a true hunter — a commercially driven leader who thrives on opening new doors, winning strategic opportunities, expanding market share, and delivering measurable business results in a fast-paced and innovation-driven environment. The successful candidate is expected to think strategically, execute aggressively, and contribute directly to the company’s long-term growth ambitions.

In addition, the role will lead and support business expansion initiatives to ensure our memory products remain competitive, profitable, and aligned with evolving market demands. Familiarity with the memory market and relevant industry experience will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Develop and implement a clear business growth plan targeting Industry,Medical and Automotive sector opportunities.
  • Align sales and market strategies with company objectives and evolving industry trends.

New Business Acquisition

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new customers and partnerships in target markets.
  • Drive expansion into untapped regions, industries, and strategic accounts.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring profitability and long-term relationships.

Market & Competitor Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Adapt strategies based on market intelligence to maintain a competitive advantage.

Account Growth & Retention

  • Expand business within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and report on sales pipelines, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
  • Present regular business reviews and updated growth strategies to senior management.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in the Industrial, Medical, or Automotive sectors.
  • Hunter mentality – relentless in identifying and capturing new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with the memory market and experience in the relevant industry will be a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in business development, sales leadership, or key account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and ability to position mature products competitively.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team to meet aggressive targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
