In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new MME clients, deepening existing relationships, and promoting loan products to meet business targets. You will also play a key role in credit evaluation, client servicing, and market intelligence.
What you will be doing• Acquire new MME clients and grow existing relationships
• Promote loan products and cross-sell to meet revenue targets
• Perform credit reviews and monitor asset quality
• Conduct KYC/CDD/EDD to ensure customer profiles align with bank strategy
• Enhance facility utilization and share of wallet
• Provide market feedback to improve product competitiveness
• Support team initiatives and coach junior members
• 3–5 years of MME banking experience with strong business network
• Proven track record in client acquisition and credit risk management
• Strong credit writing and analytical skills
• Energetic, results-oriented, and business-savvy
