About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new MME clients, deepening existing relationships, and promoting loan products to meet business targets. You will also play a key role in credit evaluation, client servicing, and market intelligence.
What you will be doing
Acquire new MME clients and grow existing relationships
Promote loan products and cross-sell to meet revenue targets
Perform credit reviews and monitor asset quality
Conduct KYC/CDD/EDD to ensure customer profiles align with bank strategy
Enhance facility utilization and share of wallet
Provide market feedback to improve product competitiveness
Support team initiatives and coach junior members
What we're looking for
10 years of MME banking experience with strong business network
Proven track record in client acquisition and credit risk management
Strong credit writing and analytical skills
Energetic, results-oriented, and business-savvy
