Introduction:

Boeing Global Services, Training Solutions, CBTA (Flight) Deployment, CBTA Airline Training Focal & Deployment Lead. This role is part of the global CBTA Deployment team enhancing flight safety in Boeing customer airlines by supporting the adoption of the Boeing Competency Based Training & Assessment (CBTA) & Evidence Based Training (EBT) program.

Position Overview:

Contributes to or leads an airline assigned CBTA-EBT Deployment team to develop customer CBTA-EBT implementation, support and execution. Provides the Boeing customer airline with CBTA-EBT program subject matter expertise and implementation guidance and maintains customer relationship as the assigned airline CBTA-EBT focal. Monitors implementation status and highlights risks and issues to the implementation program. Evaluates & supports airline CBTA-EBT Instructor cascade training. Represents the Boeing CBTA (Flight) Deployment team and as required. Identifies opportunities to leverage Boeing CBTA-EBT products and services. Supports the airline development and implement recommendations to improve CBTA-EBT program performance. Develops action plans, coordinates resources to provide solutions and resolves CBTA-EBT Implementation issues. Validates or reviews effectiveness of Boeing CBTA-EBT provided solutions.

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifies and evaluates customers' CBTA-EBT success criteria. Links company resources and priorities to develop or contributes to the development of strategy and support plan to achieve customer's CBTA-EBT objectives. Develops, deploys and monitors customer support plan and takes action to meet performance objectives.

  • Identifies opportunities to leverage company CBTA-EBT products to meet customer specific requirements.

  • Analyzes customer's CBTA-EBT requirements and develops and conducts targeted support as required. Assesses CBTA-EBT training effectiveness and provides feedback to the airline on how they can take action to improve training outcomes.

  • Understands the customers' requirements and project manages company resources, develops action plans to provide/ensure customized solutions for the effective implementation of the CBTA-EBT program. Tracks progress and maintain company and customer situational awareness. Conducts follow-up with the customer.

Basic Qualification:

  • Commercial airline flight operations, training or flight safety management experience.

  • Have or has held a commercial pilot license with instructor endorsement

  • Exhibit an outstanding customer service attitude.

  • Be flexible in changing schedules and requirements.

  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

  • More than five years of related experience is required.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Aviation Regulatory interactions & knowledge

  • Presentation skills

  • Other languages an advantage, especially Chinese

  • Effective at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and able to meet tight deadlines.
