What youll do at Jamf: 

At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. The Senior Regional Sales Manager role is an evangelist and subject matter expert, responsible for expanding sales within the SEA & ANZ territory by selling the Whole Product Experience (WPE) and building out Jamf’s Apple Enterprise Management footprint in the market. The role will support our growth of recurring revenue (ARR) by retaining and growing both new and existing customers. It is responsible for driving thought leadership at multiple levels into accounts, concentrating on adoption strategies for implementing the WPE and will assist in formulating and guiding business validation cases in order to expedite adoption. The Senior Regional Sales Manager is a key person for developing business and building relationships in the SEA & ANZ markets, by operating between Channel, GSI, MSP, Alliance Partners (i.e. Apple, Microsoft) and (Enterprise) customers. 

This role is offered as remote in Singapore. You may be required to work periodically at a Jamf office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Singapore and have Citizenship or Permanent Residency to live and work in Singapore.  #LI-Remote

What you can expect to do in this role:

  • Learn and understand prospects' and customers' Apple platform adoption, growth strategies and business plans.
  • Recruit, Hire, Onboard and Lead the local Sales team and structure the team to be optimised for growth.
  • Work with the Marketing, (Strategic) Sales Development, Education and Channel teams to generate sufficient pipeline for both Inside and Field Sales teams.
  • Set annual bookings goals for his/her direct reports as well as quarterly MBO’s.
  • Establish and support Individual Development Plans for your direct reports.
  • Drive and manage initiatives and campaigns to help reps build sufficient pipeline to hit their quarterly targets.
  • Create quarterly plans, goals and strategies for both the region and direct reports and adjust when needed on opportunities or respond to challenges.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with Apple executives in the region.
  • Build and maintain high-level relations with the Key Resellers, Managed Service Providers and Integrators in the region.
  • Develop expertise and meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at accounts, bridge the gap to executives, increase Jamf mindshare and gain a more strategic position within all accounts.
  • Prescribe near-term and long-term solutions within Jamf’s Apple Enterprise Management’s strategy to meet customers' goals.
  • Structure and negotiate sales & legal agreements with clients.
  • Provide guidance and coaching for your team to create sales and account plans to over-achieve results
  • Accurately forecast business on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to the Senior Sales Director of APAC.
  • Drive a high-level of Salesforce.com hygiene to document and manage sales (account) activities.
  • Sell within a competitive landscape and understand competitive technologies.
  • Support APAC Sales leadership in Global/APAC wide GTM initiatives and process improvements.
  • Act as a mentor and go-to person for other Regional Sales Managers across APAC

What we are looking for:

  • 4-years' Bachelor's Degree (preferred), A combination of education and relevant experience can be considered
  • 10+ years of selling experience in related (IT/Software/SaaS) technology industry with demonstrated quota achievement.
  • 7+ years in (Regional) Sales Manager role and/or People Leadership
  • Experience selling indirectly via a strong Channel program required.
  • Highly trusted individual who maintains and expects high standards for self and team.
  • Strong leadership and technical skills with the ability to build and execute complex sales strategies.
  • Numbers-driven and detail orientated
  • Experience with customer-centric and solution selling sales methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with and across all levels of business and IT contacts within a wide variety of organizations.
  • Experience with Apple technology in an enterprise environment desired.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works with limited direction.
  • Adept at managing numerous opportunities at the same time.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and is a dynamic presenter.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel and Keynote.
  • Business-level proficiency in English, required for collaboration across SEA, ANZ, and global teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for customer visits, conferences, or internal events across ANZ, SEA and US.
