Job Description
- Review APP & Web requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritise, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Design, develop and execute Manual scripts using internal Manual framework and system
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track all bugs
- Perform thorough Regression testing for APP when bugs are resolved
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet business needs
- Liaise with internal teams, i.e. Developers and Product Managers to identify and monitor debugging process results
- Track QA metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Qualifications
- At least 7+ years of working experience performing Manual software-related testing
- Hands-on App & Web testing experience with both white box and black box testing
- Web/Mobile Full-stack Manual testing experience
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Familiar with writing at least one scripting language- Python, Ruby, or Java
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Has interest & talent on Product analysis hacking mindset
- Fluent English level with basic Chinese speaking skill
- BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject
- Bonus: Experience in performance or security testing, 20-30% automation framework design and implementation
