Senior Proposal Analyst

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Impact Team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This role will offer the successful candidate fantastic exposure across different teams while working on Tenders / Request for Proposal (RFP) proposals and client presentations showcasing the firm’s capabilities and value propositions.

We will count on you to:

• Deliver best-in-class RFP proposals and client presentations (as part of the Impact Team) by working closely with the Impact Leader, designer, and other Marsh colleagues to prepare draft RFP proposals and presentations in accordance with the RFP requirements, showcasing our value proposition

• Perform research on prospective clients to understand their business models and the risk exposures that they face

• Attend tender kick-off meetings, coordinating with identified stakeholders to gather their inputs and required materials

• Proactively monitor and track the progress of RFP proposals against the specified timelines with key stakeholders to ensure target deadlines are met and proposals are submitted within the tender deadlines

• Review proposals and presentations for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to Marsh branding guidelines

• Update and keep proper records via the RFP repository which includes tender specifications, draft and finalized proposals/presentations for version control and retrieval

What you need to have:

• Degree in Marketing, Risk Management, Finance, or equivalent

• 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in bid/proposal/tender management

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat

• Excellent time management skills, and strong verbal and written communication

• A Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or working knowledge of general insurance is an added advantage
